Use of Website

Booking and Payment
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by Travel with Jade. Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Travel with Jade reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received.
Travel Insurance
Without travel insurance, you and/or your family are personally liable for covering any medical and associated costs you may incur while travelling. We strongly recommend you take out a full coverage travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your booking. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand the Product Disclosure Statement of your insurer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of the travel services booked. Please refer to the terms provided at the time of booking. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policies applicable to your booking.
Disclosure Authorisation
In the event that a natural disaster or other emergency is reported to have occurred in a country where you may be visiting at that time, you authorise Travel with Jade to disclose the details of your itinerary and contact details to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Passports and Visa Requirements
All travellers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the period of intended stay. Some countries require a longer validity. Permanent residents travelling on a foreign passport must hold a Resident Return Visa to re-enter Australia. It is your responsibility to supply your full name as per your passport to your Travel with Jade agent. Incorrect names will incur cancellation and/or change fees.
Health Requirements and Vaccinations
Some countries require you to be vaccinated against specific infections and/or diseases. You should familiarise yourself with airline and other service providers’ requirements. We recommend consulting with your doctor or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel.
Prices
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Factors influencing price changes can be currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and other provider increases outside of our control.

Payment Surcharges
Credit or debit card payments will incur surcharges. Please check with your Travel with Jade agent for the current charges.
Booking Cancellation and Amendment Charges
If you wish to cancel or change a confirmed reservation, you are likely to incur fees. Some air tickets and other bookings may be non-refundable.
Refunds
If you cancel your travel arrangements and a refund is due, the refund will be made available to you once we receive the monies from the Principal involved.
Travel Documents
While we have taken great care to check your travel documents, it is important that you review all of the information in the documents including your name, travel dates, and other particulars relating to your travel arrangements.
Schedule Changes
It is important to check your flight times at least 24 hours prior to the departure of each flight as airlines reserve the right to amend their flight schedules.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel with Jade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Travel with Jade. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Travel with Jade shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.
Complaints
Travel with Jade is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We endeavour to resolve any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Our terms and conditions will:
(i) Be provided to you before you enter into a sale with us;
(ii) Require you to acknowledge that you have received and accepted our terms and conditions;
(iii) Include a Schedule of Fees of any fees we charge you;
