Yes. Jade plans secondary school tours and sports team travel to competitions in Australia and overseas, with group flights, team accommodation, transfers and one itinerary to share with staff and parents.
Yes, a small service fee applies: $99 per international booking and $30 per domestic booking. It's charged per booking, not per person. Some flights also carry an airline ticketing fee. Jade will always show every fee clearly in your quote before you pay anything.
Yes. Afterpay is available, and longer interest-free payment options are coming soon. Ask Jade which option suits your trip.
Deposits vary by supplier and are shown on your quote. Your final balance is due 90 days before departure. Jade prefers payment by PayID or bank transfer.
Yes. You can browse and book ready-made holiday packages online through Jade's package page, or ask Jade to tailor one for you.
Yes. Travel with Jade is an accredited member of ATIA, the Australian Travel Industry Association.
Jade strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance for every trip, ideally taken out as soon as you book. Jade can help you arrange cover.
Changes and cancellations depend on each airline, hotel and supplier's conditions, and agent cancellation fees apply. Jade will explain the conditions before you book and handle any changes for you.
